This was a so-so week for me. I browsed through the Spark videos but as I work out at a gym, I didn't try any of them. I did bookmark a few though in case there is ever a time I can't make it to the gym.
From the "Fun Stuff" page, I did several of those. I created a new playlist for working out, trying to pay attention to bpm's, I started working out with a friend (not everyday - schedules are too crazy!), I plugged into the TV one night while walking instead of listening to music and I HAVE changed my attitude towards working out. That has been a work in progress though and something that has changed the more I workout. The more I do, the more I really look forward to it.
