Hey team, I'm joining all of you in week three on Monday. I'm on a roll. I finished all the "requirements" of week two but the week isn't over yet. So I'll officially be in week three on Monday. Anyway, it took me awhile to get going but now I'm enjoying the new routine and I do feel better getting the exercise.

Well, this is my 3 week of the challenge and I feel good tonight I think I will start on the step up for 10 minutes, after that boxing for 10 minutes, and after that maybe leg lefts for 10 minutes. Either one I know I will feel great about it!! If you have any advice or suggestion please let me know? Your emoticon Jennifer
