Tomorrow I officially start week 3 . . . and have a 6am flight headed from west coast to east coast for a 5 day business trip. Jet lag is always an issue for me but walking in airports counts and stretching before bed counts and, if I'm not up for the hotel gym in the mornings, then I'll do some SparkPeople videos. 10 minutes a day is doable, and I have to curb the urge to plan more and set myself up for failure. So 10 minutes is success--more, of course, is WooHoo.
