I am feeling much more active, I mowed my lawn yesterday instead of making my husband because I wanted to burn the calories with our old push-mower lol. My favorite exercise is pushing my kids in the double stroller a mile to our favorite park and a mile back home, (we have a park right behind our house, but I know it is better for me if we go to the furthest park.

I have been following my SP strength training plan, doing the SP videos on a regular basis, walking and going to the Y for Zumba and Spinning. I feel really good and can see the continuing toning and shaping of my body! Yay me! I also realized today that my goal fitness minutes when I started in 5/2012 is 2,880 and I have already hit over 2,000 so far this year!
I'm really excited about this week. I've downloaded some workout music and I'm walking, doing videos and dancing all over the house. This week I also want to do some exercise with the kids. I want to introduce it to them and make it fun. I also to try Coach Nicole's kickboxing sessions.

I have been working my butt off in the gym. I am mad I am fat and determined to change that. Six moths ago I got winded bending over to tie my shoe. Yesterday I was the first of our tour group up a 90 foot tower after hiking to it! OMG! I cried when I reached the top and realized what I had just done without even trying. Then I laughed when I passed the teens coming up on my way back down.
