Week 3 is making the difference. My goal was to add 10 minutes of strength training everyday. Have started to increase my weights for most exercises. The highlight today, though, was I did Nicole's 20 minute dumbbell workout for the first time. Each exercise has 15 repetitions. When it was time for the push ups, my first thought was, yeah right, that won't happen. It wasn't until number 11 that I really started to feel it. Yes, they were girl push ups, but it was more than I could do 3 weeks ago! Love to read everyone's advancements here. Helps keep me motivated, too. Keep up the great strides, everyone!

4th day of my week 3, just finished 26 minutes on treadmill and had already done 2 Abs workout DVD's with coach Nicole. I have to admit, things are now getting easier, it's not as hard as before to do the 10 minutes daily

I agree about the 10 minutes being the best way to approach the exercise segment of healthy living. I am just so proud of myself for keeping upt this exercise routine for three weeks now. Each of us should give ourselves a pat on the back.
You can throw in the towel or use it to wipe the sweat off your face.
