It's the end of week three, and I'm happy with my progress so far. I am still going to bootcamp 5 days a week. On my off days, I tried a few SP cardio videos. They go by fast, and it was easy to look up another one quickly and keep moving.
On Labor Day, I participated in the Conquer the Bridge run in my neighborhood. It's a 5.3 mile race over the bridge and back. I burned over 830 calories in 1 hour and 18 minutes. All in all, it's been a great week!
