I have completed week 3 now and am well into a routine of fitness daily and nutrition is better than ever.
I lost 2 lbs this past week by increasing exercise with booth cycling and power walking and have even followed along with some of the great videos that Coach Nicole has brought us.
I am feeling energetic an happy with my self . Once I lose 1 more pound and get below 150lbs, I will reward myself with a new blender for making great smoothies.
