I have completed week 3 now and am well into a routine of fitness daily and nutrition is better than ever.

I lost 2 lbs this past week by increasing exercise with booth cycling and power walking and have even followed along with some of the great videos that Coach Nicole has brought us.
I am feeling energetic an happy with my self . Once I lose 1 more pound and get below 150lbs, I will reward myself with a new blender for making great smoothies.

This week I have gotten compliments on my apperance from my daughter and several people at work emoticon

I thank Creator for the ways of creation.
For eyes to see the beauty of creation.
For ears to hear the sounds of creation.
For the heart to understand the ways of Creator
For hands to touch
For words to teach little ones the ways of Creator
I pray for love for all our relations.

Wow I feel better and I can see my arms changing. My legs are starting to get shape again as well. I lost a lot of muscle mass when I broke my ankle!
