I did the 10-minute jump rope cardio video with modifications. I used some Zumba moves during the intervals where the jumping was too much for my back. I was able to keep up way more than I thought I would.

INDIRA6, I've also done that kickboxing DVD and I had to laugh at myself! My balance was so poor that I had a very hard time finishing it. It was fun but I'm working on some balance exercises before trying that again. Good job for being able to do it and enjoy it!

Week 3 ended yesterday and I'm on week 4 today. The weeks are going by so fast. I got in a lot of exercise over the weekend. It's amazing - a 'revelation' - the more I exercise the better I feel. Kind of like having a cast iron skillet hit me in the head.
I added more exercise this week and it might be unusual. In addition to exercising with hand weights for 10 minutes daily while my computer warms up, I do chair marching in my chair while I watch TV. I've also started doing my own housework (something I was unable to do 4 months ago). I still have injuries, arthritis and mobility issues that keep me from doing a lot, but there is still so much I CAN do and this week I've added a little more to my daily routine.
