I added more exercise this week and it might be unusual. In addition to exercising with hand weights for 10 minutes daily while my computer warms up, I do chair marching in my chair while I watch TV. I've also started doing my own housework (something I was unable to do 4 months ago). I still have injuries, arthritis and mobility issues that keep me from doing a lot, but there is still so much I CAN do and this week I've added a little more to my daily routine.
Do a little more, a little better, today than yesterday--a little more tomorrow than today.
