I hope you have slept well. Overtraining does that. I just ran a HM on Sunday and my diet has gone completely haywire as I've made some really poor choices. Worse yet - my calves are pretty strained and healing (I'm a toe runner) so I am working on walking straight to start up some light cardio here later in the week.
The scale is what it is...good news...I will be able to get back on my plan and bring it back down again hopefully without a lot of pain. Recognizing what I have done and taking responsibility was one of my hardest challenges.
