I hope you have slept well. Overtraining does that. I just ran a HM on Sunday and my diet has gone completely haywire as I've made some really poor choices. Worse yet - my calves are pretty strained and healing (I'm a toe runner) so I am working on walking straight to start up some light cardio here later in the week.

The scale is what it is...good news...I will be able to get back on my plan and bring it back down again hopefully without a lot of pain. Recognizing what I have done and taking responsibility was one of my hardest challenges.

Good luck to you on yours as you work on getting back to yourself.

and today is a new day! Thanks for sharing and owning up to it. Hmm....donuts were talking to me yesterday too. But it was late in the day when I at the market and they looked stale. :)

HALT: hungry, angry, lonely, tired. (I don't let myself get more than 2 of is a setup).

Last night I came home from work and passed out, woke up 9pm, organized my meals for the next day and passed back out. Yesterday at work I knew I was overtired because I ATE TWO DONUTS!!!! emoticon

I thank Creator for the ways of creation.
For eyes to see the beauty of creation.
For ears to hear the sounds of creation.
For the heart to understand the ways of Creator
For hands to touch
For words to teach little ones the ways of Creator
I pray for love for all our relations.
