I have done well. I never thought I would say that about my journey into fitness, but I mean it. I am keeping up with my weekly goals. I am increasing my stamina like crazy. I went from struggling through a 30-minute mile to now routinely walking 3MPH 45-60 mins per day. Plus kettlebells, plus swimming, plus stationary bike when it is raining and I can't get outside.
Not only am I really improving, but I feel more energetic, regularly walk and play with my kids, am doing better with my work and even lost 10% of my body weight as of yesterday.
