Thank you for this. I am also going to run in a playground on Saturdays for about 2 hours accompanied by my husband and son. emoticon

I found a new workout place. well, it's not really new. It's been around for yeeeears, but I never go there. It's a park a couple towns over that has a "fitness route" as part of it. The lap itself is 0.6 miles, but it has stations to stop at to do things like crunches, pull ups, balance obstetrical, etc. I bring the kids and husband and we do a couple laps, then I do one separately while they go around and "play" at the stations, then I do play at the stations with them on the last lap. It's actually kind of fun.
