I made it through another week and I feel good about it. emoticon

I'm sticking with my ten minutes exercise and other exercises. I plan on buying a exercise ball kit to use to strength my hands. emoticon

I got in 4 miles today and was able to get out every day for at least 10 minutes. I would walk t get errands done sometimes. One day it was just to go a few blocks to buy some eggplant from a neighbor. I had always driven by and thought I might as well walk!-Good prices too!
Tonight we are celebrating our wedding anniversary so....all I am planning is 10 minutes tomorrow emoticon
Then on to week 4!

Today I'm pacing myself and not overdoing it. I'm trying to keep my exercise plan fun and mixes things up so I won't get bored and add resting & relaxing. emoticon

I picked up some resistance bands at Olympia Sports in out mall for about $8.00. I keep them near my desk and will pull that out at random times during the day and so some exercises. Really handy and easier to keep out of my 5 year old's hands than dumbbells would be.

I am expanding my daily walk at work from 10 minutes to 20 minutes. I had a health assessment done this week, including lipids, and my HDL is really low. So that is a motivation to increase exercise.

Home still isn't going great but I'm just keeping moving with it. I'm trying to alternate my yoga and the stationary bike. My son decided to do the yoga with me last night, but he kept complaining that he kept falling over. It was cute. So I got the stretching benefits but not so much the relaxation/mediative benefits last night.

I've been having trouble with the videos loading on my computer, but I think that is due to my computer not SP. I'll try again tomorrow for a new yoga work out. I'm also interested in trying resistance bands, but have to wait until next paycheck to pick some up.
