I am expanding my daily walk at work from 10 minutes to 20 minutes. I had a health assessment done this week, including lipids, and my HDL is really low. So that is a motivation to increase exercise.
Home still isn't going great but I'm just keeping moving with it. I'm trying to alternate my yoga and the stationary bike. My son decided to do the yoga with me last night, but he kept complaining that he kept falling over. It was cute. So I got the stretching benefits but not so much the relaxation/mediative benefits last night.
I've been having trouble with the videos loading on my computer, but I think that is due to my computer not SP. I'll try again tomorrow for a new yoga work out. I'm also interested in trying resistance bands, but have to wait until next paycheck to pick some up.
