this week was all about variety. Instead of doing a workout video I've tried before, I tried a new one that...I can't remember the name of, but it was intense. And I played some wii sports, which I haven't done in a while, and it was a lot of fun! Saturday my husband and I went to the aquarium in Chattanooga, and we walked and walked and always took the stairs when we could. It's nice making losing weight fun. :D
