I think it's important to get into a routine. Spinning is a great workout. Use it as a fun addition to your normal regime. Sounds like you're going a good job!

I did 10 fitness minutes all but one day, Friday. Which is silly, since I'm allowing myself to walk for the 10 minutes. I've been trying to turn it into 20 minutes a day. I do alright with it.
I'm worried about the next challenge, because I haven't (strike)had time(end) (underline)made it a priority(end u) to do the 10 minutes at home. We've been going on walks (and I'm double-dipping in the Family Makeover challenge for it too) for 60 minutes, 3.1 miles, 3x weekly. I make up the other days usually walking myself (at work, pacing), or on the elliptical machine (when I remember).

School starts tomorrow, and they have pilates 2x weekly and spinning 2x weekly. I hope to do as many of those as possible. But, if I'm doing an hour long spinning, can I cut myself slack and not to a workout video that day? Hmm.
