There is so much negativity in the world today. I think if we had more positive people in our lives we would not have as many problems as we do today. I have negative people in my life all the time but I dont let them get me down. I use them for motivation.

I almost didn't workout one day. I had been given some negative remarks from family about my weight loss and I allowed myself to become depressed, instead of looking at the accomplishments. The urge to curl up and cry was there and then there was him. My husband has been a support to me and me to him. He continued to try and console me but after seeing action was in order, he packed our gym bag and hauled me to the pool for a workout. He is so much fun to exercise with that I felt happier afterward and glad I didn't quit.
