I am betting that you could squeeze in 5 minutes of some sort of exercise a couple of times during the day - just to be moving is better than nothing and YES it does make you feel better. We all suffer the, I need to exercise and didn't get round to it, blues every now and again - right now with the constant heat, I don't feel like it but have been forcing myself to get up early each morning and go for a bike ride - sometimes I still don't feel like it even when I am only half way to where I am headed - but remind myself how good I feel for the res of the day when I have exercised in the morning before work.
Just find what works best for you and stick with it for a while until it becomes as much a habit as eating breakfast or brushing your teeth

Goal 3: Maintain at below goal - preferably around 142
