The week started out well, I exercised for at least 20 min per day, mostly biking, a few times jogging. However I went to my parents for the week-end: while we went for a walk on Sunday, I didn't get any exercise Saturday- it was just too hectic!
I had some unplanned extra exercise on Friday, when the train didn't run between stations and I biked the 15+ km...
Unfortunately the week-end issued in a week of no exercise and total overeating! And of course my weight went up! I'm back on track however, which is good.

Ran and walked 3 miles. Ran up hill 3 times! It was hard but completed it. Did it feel good afterward!
