Friday: I did the Firm Cardio Explosion DVD for 45 minutes of Cardio. Also did the BeFit in 90 Day 5 Strength Training, which was 20 minutes for a total of 65 minutes today.
Saturday: Today was a busy day with family activities scheduled all day. I just now got my fitness in, a 10-Minute Solutions workout on Netflix, plus 10 minutes of my own strength training (leg and ab-work) for a total of 20 minutes. Finally getting the hang of this "fitting fitness in" philosophy. Yay me!
