Friday: I did the Firm Cardio Explosion DVD for 45 minutes of Cardio. Also did the BeFit in 90 Day 5 Strength Training, which was 20 minutes for a total of 65 minutes today.

Saturday: Today was a busy day with family activities scheduled all day. I just now got my fitness in, a 10-Minute Solutions workout on Netflix, plus 10 minutes of my own strength training (leg and ab-work) for a total of 20 minutes. Finally getting the hang of this "fitting fitness in" philosophy. Yay me!

Thursday: Cardio Sculpt Fusion DVD plus the Day 4 strength training from Befit in 90 for a total of 57 minutes, including stretching. I have found the BeFit in 90 Cardio to be awkward and also difficult for someone at my fitness level, but I do enjoy the ST, so from here on out, I'll be doing my own cardio coupled with their ST.

19 days in and still going strong! Woo-hoo!!!

Thanks you guys!

Wednesday: 2.17-mile walk in the park for a total of 38 minutes today. Day 3 of BeFit in 90 is a day off. Thank goodness, my thighs are on fire!

Tuesday: Still going strong. 30 minutes of running/walking in the park (2 miles!) and the BeFit series Day 2. Also did 20 minutes of cardio in front of the tube while watching the Biggest Loser on Netflix (what a motivator). Total minutes:80

Thanks everyone for the support and encouragement, it really means a lot and keeps me motivated to keep going.

Monday: Today I did 30 minutes of a Walk Away the Pounds DVD. I also began the BeFit in 90 program on Youtube. Man is it tough! I definitely feel the burn. Total minutes today: 60

So far, so good, I have completed the first two weeks without missing a day. Sundays are normally my day off, so I just did some squats, crunches and marching in place in front of the TV to hit my 10 minutes for the day. Off to a good start for the week.
