I'm doing my exercise and just taking one day at a time. emoticon


I got want to do it and do this for me. My mind is in battle and my body is at war. I'm in battle with myself and if I can over come myself than I can over come it all and do it one day at a time, let it go and get one step closer to my goal.

I'm keeping at it and trying something new and getting pass not wanting to exercise. emoticon

I've been totally wrapped up in running an estate sale among other things. I've definitely put in oodles of fitness minutes, but haven't had time for Week 3's suggestion about videos. Normally, I do them on a daily basis. Am I being too hard on myself?

25 minute walk this morning. 1.25 miles.

I used to walk once around the block just to get the dogs a chance to be out & about. Less than 5 minutes. Now, I wouldn't even consider such a short "cheat" walk!

I'm beat. Totally blew through all today's exercise goals:

30 minute walk this morning, starting at 5:15 (beat the heat)
25 minute mow the back yard this morning (still trying to beat the heat)
50 minute yoga in the park at 10:30 this morning (I was early and got a shaded spot)
15 minutes of core indoors
30 minutes mowing the front yard this afternoon. The heat got me this time, it's 108 out there.

Week 3 Day 1 - 15-JUN-2012 - No fitness

Week 3 Day 2 - 16-JUN-2012 - ST 20 minutes

Week 3 Day 3 - 17-JUN-2012 - ST 15 minutes

Week 3 Day 4 - 18-JUN-2012 - Walking 28 min + ST 20 min

Week 3 Day 5 - 19-JUN-2012 - Walking 58 min + ST 15 min

Week 3 Day 7 - 21-JUN-2012 - Walking 46 min - ST 22 min

Looooved my week 3!!! Changed my walking routes, started to train to do 200 situps (www.twohundredsitups.com), did different strength training exercises... I'm starting to like the challenge exercise poses for me :)
