Woohoo! Done with Week 3.

I have learned to try the short work-out videos available on SP and to mix up and switch out my work-outs to keep them more interesting.

I also learned that eating too few calories stalls my weight-loss and I do better when I hit the middle to higher end of my calorie range. Probably because I'm doing more exercise than I initially thought when I had SP calculate everything for me.

Lovely walk this morning at 5:15 a.m. Yep, must go early because it gets to 108 degrees in Phoenix today! Dogs enjoyed their 1.7 mile walk with me.

Still feeling a little sore from Wednesday's strength session. I only moved up from 5 lb dumbbells to 8 lb dumbbells a week ago and still feeling it. Feels good, not bad soreness, but that rewarding soreness that says, "I worked!"

I have been using all the good tricks I have been learning. I have already found the workouts I love to do, so I don't think I will be switching those until I get bored of them. I do cardio dancing, cardio ab workouts, and strength training. The strength training I think I will try to find a good video for though.

I'm really happy with my progress! And proud to say that I actually worked out before work this morning at 3 am. I felt great going to work though I was a little tired from having to wake up so early. I think that if I work this into my morning routine though I won't feel like crap later in the day when I'm trying to get it done after a hard day of work. Also I will get more and more used to waking up this early. I am not a morning person so I'm very happy I got down and dirty on my workout this morning!
