Woohoo! Done with Week 3.
I have learned to try the short work-out videos available on SP and to mix up and switch out my work-outs to keep them more interesting.
I also learned that eating too few calories stalls my weight-loss and I do better when I hit the middle to higher end of my calorie range. Probably because I'm doing more exercise than I initially thought when I had SP calculate everything for me.
Joyfully owned by two retired racing greyhounds.
Happily vegetarian for 39 years.
