I did my exercise and I made it through week 3. emoticon


I got want to do it and do this for me. My mind is in battle and my body is at war. I'm in battle with myself and if I can over come myself than I can over come it all and do it one day at a time, let it go and get one step closer to my goal.

Thanks for the replies!

As an update: I'm slowly getting back on track. Finding the time for activity is no problem now since I started thinking out of the box. I'm actually getting in more than 10 minutes a day this week! I'm excited to be able to finish this challenge. I've found new stuff to do and I'm slowly seeing definition in my arms. I think I can make it through this week...and the rest of my life :)

Silver, maybe you should try to find something new, something to get excited about doing. I know I get bored easily so even for my walking I try to go somewhere new every week. Just don't give up.

There's nothing like a good vacation. Sounds as if you did a great job of healthy living. That's what it's all about! Once you're home it is easier to get back to your "normal" SP life. I just returned fro 10 days in Key West. I'm not getting on the scale until Sat. I ate well, walked and sat around the pool. Now, I'm home and wading into my SP life. Get back on the horse.

By now, I've fallen off track with SP. I was on such a good streak, too. I'm still doing my 10 minutes a day of exercise, but I'm not as passionate about it as I was.

This week, I've mainly walked the dogs every night. We did go to the beach this weekend, and did a lot of walking in loose sand. My calves were killin after that. I'm on a softball team, and our last game was this past week. I didn't get to play, though, so I can't really count that for creativity. I will do a video today, and I feel like I've completed all the tasks for this week...however, half heartedly. I'm trying to get back with it, though! Vacation threw me off, I guess.
