I have been adding a little each week. I am really finding my groove again. The first week I believe I got 3 or 4 days with a minimum of 10 mins in. My second week I got in 6 out of 7 days with at least 10 mins of cardio and some strength training thrown in there. This week I have 2 out of 3 day so far with at least 10 mins of cardio. And I am hoping to try some yoga/and or pilates. Making it happen one day at a time!!!
