Way to go to everyone doing this challenge. I haven't been able to be here today .... crazy day. But I did pick up four new DVDs from the library to check out as far as dancing exercise videos and I'll let you know what I found. I also found a DVD there that is called "1 minute workout". The whole system is based on a series of questions posed to you and then the system creates a customized workout just for you with these various one minute exercise routines. Much like a circuit workout basis (like Curves). So I'll let you know what I find out about this as well. ;)
Today, I did my very first 1 minute (60 second) challenge (walking in place) & 20 Minutes Low Impact Easy Workout To Burn Calories along with 20 Minutes Beginners Aerobics Workout Warm Up (I think I pinched a nerve in my back with this one due to my back condition) Got to be more careful.
Kudos off to all of you that are keeping up with this challenge. Let's hear from all of you as to your progress and successes. I'm dying to see if my weight went down but I'm too chicken to get on the scale.
I have been adding a little each week. I am really finding my groove again. The first week I believe I got 3 or 4 days with a minimum of 10 mins in. My second week I got in 6 out of 7 days with at least 10 mins of cardio and some strength training thrown in there. This week I have 2 out of 3 day so far with at least 10 mins of cardio. And I am hoping to try some yoga/and or pilates. Making it happen one day at a time!!!
