I am starting week 3 and do feel better. My goal this week is to walk/jog in place for 5 minutes at least 3 times besides walking my 30 minutes at lunch. I figure I can get up and move a little more through out the day to help reach my 10, 000 steps. TheChachagirl, congratulations on your sucess over the last three weeks.

Well, I finished my week 3, progressing to 30 minutes either walking or exercise biking five out of seven days. Woo Hoo!!!! I also do a little chair marching at work when I sit for long periods of time. Three weeks ago I could barely climb the stairs in my house. Now I have more energy and actually look forward to "walking" the dogs, not just sitting at the dog park while they run around, LOL! Going to try the arm-toning video this coming week, maybe.
