I got off track this week, too. My daughter graduated from H.S., my parents and my sister came in from out of state for the weekend (6 days total). I had the graduation open house with cakes to bake and mints to make, ham to shave and sandwiches to make. We did have a veggie tray, so I tried to eat more raw veggies, but mostly I was too overwhelmed with all the preparations to follow my diet properly and to get 3 cardio workouts in...I did 2. I did get a minimum of 10 min a day of SOME type of exercise, but not enough. oh, did I mention that we are moving-- selling a house, buying a house and relocating in 6 weeks? !!! SOOO I didn't get to the week 3 goals update until today...I don't think that I'm ready to start week 4 yet.
