Hey that's a Smart Idea...you reminded me that our cable does too, I'm going to check it out & do some, I was thinking just last night how can I change up my routine a bit for my 10 minute challenge...Thanks for the tip.

I didn't realized that my cable company provided ondemand Workout videos so I tried some of those and i think i'm going to add them to my fitness plan for the week
