Because I made the commitment to the challenge, I have spent at least 10 minutes every day for almost 4 weeks. Last night I was bone-tired, but did do my 10 minutes before dropping into bed. My next goal will be to make it 15 minutes. Good for you doing your 30-50 minutes of fun workouts!

In week 3 I made an effort to exercise everyday even when I didn't want to and my work outs are 30 to 50 minutes long now. I added Bollywood Dancing to my work outs and it is fun.
Just can't live that negative way....make way for a positive day!
