Hi all!! I'm happy to say that I accomplished most of my goals for week 3. I had alot of challenges but I did it!! I was not perfect but I picked myself back up and kept pushing!! I remined myself how much I wanted to live so I have went from 10min to now 40 minutes of cardio with strength training 3 times a week. Thanks spark!!! Most important thank you God because he only knows how much I called his name through all this hard work!!! :)
