Thanks! I really appreciate it. I am starting to feel a little better. Still really tired. I did 45 minutes around the mall with my son last night. We were actually there for 2 hours but did not count the "browsing time" we had. lol I tracked how long it was to go from store to store and then when we left the mall we walked around the outside of it to get back to the other end to my car. Then 2 more stores. I was like the walking dead around Wegmans! 45 Minutes was not a smart idea even though it was all at once. I was still out of breathe and not feeling good at all. I am proud I did it, but I don't want to overdo it while I am sick. I think I did that. So it was a good/bad feeling when I got home. Of course at Wegmans me and my son(he's 11) were really excited about what we have both been losing( he has lost 6 lbs in a few weeks)
So everything we bought was healthy. Of course it cost me more but whatever. Oh, with the exceptions of the chips older daughter asked for and cheese curls younger daughter asked for. :)

I certainly do hope that you are feeling better each day. You are owed a thank you, though: Looking at your chart of exercise over the recent past gave me a nudge to do the same. What a great way to keep track! So, feel better and know that you have been an inspiration!

I really hope that this week is better. I need to get over this cold so I can work out! Time to lose this fat!!

Week 1
10/26 Big fat ZERO
10/27 15 min walk on lunch
10/28 nothing :(
10/29 15 min. on my stepper
10/30 35 minute walk with kids
10/31 60 minutes walking outside
11/01 nothing. :(

Week 2
11/2 3 min crunches and 10 minutes on my step
11/3 3 min crunches and 10 minutes on my step
11/4 15 minute walk while kids at gymnastics
11/5 I did some yard work for about 45 minutes, that was it. Not feeling very good.
11/6 30 minute walk with kids to playground and back - on couch rest of day. :(
11/7 Nothing, really sick
11/8 Nothing, still sick

Week 3
11/9 45 minutes around mall with Son, that is walking time, not browsing time. :)
11/10 20 min walking while daughter in gymnastics
11/11 nothing - unless you count laughing non stop for a few hours. :)
11/12 45 Minutes walking
11/13 15 minutes walking
