I was having migraines daily but was in the same boat as you till I started having numbness in arms & hands. I thought it was a return of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome when I discussed it with my doc he suggested a neck MRI. From the neck MRI found out it wasn't migraines or Carpal Tunnel but that I had bone spurs in my neck & that cervical bones were degenerating. I was scheduled for Anterior Cervical Fusion in Apr this year. Since then no more migraines!!!! Plus the feeling is back in my arms & hands. You might want to check this out.
I only wish I had pain as an excuse! LOL I just have pure 100% laziness! I just can't find the motivation and I want to eat everything in the house! I can't seem to get full! Good luck and you can do it!! You are not alone! We are here for you!

Hang in there. I understand how much pain can kill motivation (ankylosing spondylitis sufferer for decades). I've developed an "angry" me that's now capable of teaching Mr. Pain that I'm the boss. ... Seems to be working, but it wasn't easy initially (and my language was a bit, uh, colorful in the beginning). Good luck and hope this helps. We're here for you.
