As has been said many times "This weight loss journey is a marathon not a sprint." The weight loss will come, but the time you spent last week with your grandson was much more important. My grandmother passed away in April of last year. She was not just my grandma, she was one of my best friends. I spent more time at her and grandpa's house growing up than I did my own and when she needed to be taken care of in her later years I had the privilege. I'm so glad your grandson still has his grandma to love and cherish and to be loved and cherished by. I know he had a blast with you!

You have the memories of your time with your grandson, and they are awesome. You will get their on your weight loss, I have found that it takes time, and I just want to have it just go and have the body I use to have. I know that is not going to happen. Have a blessed day
I had my 3 yr old grandson all last week. My exercise throughout the week included taking him to various parks, the zoo, & just the tremendous task of keeping up with a boy that age. It was an awesome week, except for the fact that I didn't lose any weight. I had plenty of activity all week but it wasn't the kind that keeps my metabolism boosted;
