I'm totally loving the summer weather. Gardening is therapeutic for me, as well as being a good source of exercise each day along with the daily walking challenge, and knowing all the good veggies we hope to harvest makes it all worthwhile. We planted cantaloupes and watermelons this year just to round out the garden along with cucumbers, summer squash, and tomatoes. Hope the weather serves our garden well.

I love the Wii, whenever I go on it, I am usually laughing so much, I forget i'm exercising! Hahaha

The fourth glass of wine is always a good idea before you do it and a really bad idea afterward! ;-)

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Congratulations to you for setting a goal. We use the Wii Fit all the time for our extra exercise. It's so much fun to do, isn't it?

This week my goal is 30 minutes on the Wii fit with my dtr. We managed to do 20 minutes last week. I am walking kind of crooked as my knees are hurting, but i figure if i don't give in to the desire to throw in the towel, i can get beyond the pain and be back to normal one day.!
