It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

I'm in the middle of week 3 and am glad that I joined this challenge. I am getting in at least my 10 minutes/5 days a week and then some. I haven't tried a video, but I did all hills to my treadmill walk for the past two days. Tomorrow I meet with my trainer for a great workout and then plan on hitting the elliptical trainer. I hope everyone is having a wonderful week!
