week 3 of this challenge...goal 10 min of cardio after my regular workouts.
so far I have not seen much change ,but I'm not very surprised since I have been working out for a year, 60 min( or more) a day almost every day.

In dreams and in life, nothing is impossible.

My week 3 didnt go as planned. I ended up hurting my back and wasn't able to exercise at all :(

Work hard, that's the key to achievement.
