Don't lose heart and the motivation. Start again emoticon emoticon

Itís not that we will ever stop learningóitís just that we have to start using the tools in our everyday lives, as opposed to conducting an ongoing search to fix ourselves.

Week 3 was my worst week. I missed days when I and really had no good reason besides self sabatoge. However, week 4 I'm back at it. Even though I haven't done 10 minutes every day I feel that I'm getting better and instead of throwing in the towel and stopping exercise I'm accepting responsibility and vowing to keep at it.
