Well I've made it 3 weeks and made my goals for each week. I did do all seven days last week and am going for it again this week. I have bumped up my time to 30 minutes a day for during the week and minimum 10 minutes on weekends. I have tried some of the SP online videos and really like the Jump Start Cardio. I really like riding my stationary bike so that I can read for a few minutes . I have walked a little, but with the weather that hasn't been the best option. Looking forward to another week of achieving goals!
