Week three finally complete! This was my second round on week three. Last week I had a death in the family that caused me to be away from a computer/amenities of home...
Did the SparkPeople with Coach Nicole video: cardio kickboxing- I LOVE this one...and I am getting much better at it
I like most everyone else did a lot of dancing this week. It was so much fun! I even went out and bought the Zumba Fitness Join the Party for the WII. I had a great time learning the moves so far with that.

I'm doing the Coach Nicole workouts each morning before I get the kids up - at 5.30am! I have always found doing exercise first thing in the morning doesn't give me the whole day to talk myself out of it!
I like the Wii games too. I got Just Dance from Walmart on Special offer and the BIggest Loser was much cheaper at Costco. I also like Dance Dance Revolution but it's more effort to get it set up as it uses the mats. Better for "parties" and having "dance offs!"!

I have completed week 3. Easier when others are not home! I had 70 minutes of exercise and over 6000 steps by 10 AM! I am in the habit of exercising--as long as my part time work doesn't get in the way!
I have turned up the stereo when no one was home and "danced". Also made multiple trips up the stairs to get my heart rate up a bit. I had been doing the Wii but we don't have any "active" things and and yoga moves just weren't feeling like exercise.

When I receive my paperwork from Receiving for the parts that came, I get the paperwork signed off by the person who requested the equipment. I enter the information for each PO and as I complete each one, I go to the printer to scan the paperwork. I could easily to all the paperwork at once and then go to the print just 1 time, but I get my steps in.

I also have a big fitness ball but I think I need a larger one to sit at the desk, however, what I do, or at least what I have started doing and I am doing consistently this week, is I set the stove timer for 10 min before I sit down at the computer. It sounds like a short time but you can get a lot done. Then when the timer goes off I have to get up, go to the kitchen to turn it off, then I do one minute of stepping, running squats, line dancing, etc. Then reset the timer for 10 min and go back to the computer. It is working for me, I am getting in cardio, that I actually don't count but it is making my pedometer move (!) and my ankles do not swell plus I feel more energetic at the computer and my mind is clearer!
