I'm still in this challenge, but I am working out 45-60 minutes a day 6x's a week. I thought maybe I could give others some help if they needed it. My weakness has always been emotional eating. It's funny I could always commit to the exercise, but not to eating right, but now my life is on track! This challenge has helped me to maintain my weight and keep myself accountable for my success!

Spark Video - will have to watch one of these over the weekend unless I get some time on a weeknight.
Fun to Do - Walk Forest Park/Zoo on the weekend.
Progress - I decided to start "Body for Life" tactics again. I am hoping to stick with this. Basically same eating style as with Spark - just upping my protein AND strength training is a bit different. Am excited to move through this week!!
