I am making progress with this challenge. I love walking on my treadmill because I get caught up on my reading plus the extra energy I get. Every day for 20 min I walked or did yoga. It's nice to be in the habit of exercising again. Thanks sparkpeople.

I'm getting my 10 a day in in various ways now and looking at more than just arm bike time. Today I'm counting Christmas shopping.

So far I've increased my exercise time from 10 min cardio 5 days a week to 25 min cardio 6-7 days a week plus 10 min S.T. 3 days a week. I just started to add a few min jog. I've noticed that when I exercise first thing in the AM I have more energy and am in a better mood then if I wait till the afternoon. Guess I'm a morning person.

Wow, I can't hardly believe 3 weeks has passed so quickley... maybe it's the holidays. Anyway, I feel really good and have increased my kinds of activities even learned how to track a few new ones.
I'm looking forward to increased stamina and energy as I go thru week 4 and on....

I had a great time this week. I did lots of cardio and I plan on using the cardio video I tried again. I still prefer the cardio I do regularly but it was nice to try out something different. I really love the dancing I added in week two and I've been doing it for longer and I have so much fun. It was a really great addition for me to make.

Smile .... it makes people wonder what you're up to ;-)

The fourth glass of wine is always a good idea before you do it and a really bad idea afterward! ;-)

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Itís not that we will ever stop learningóitís just that we have to start using the tools in our everyday lives, as opposed to conducting an ongoing search to fix ourselves.

Did cardio with my daughter and had fun. Got in 195 of exercise this week. If I was very busy I made sure I got in at least 15 mins. On to week 4.
