Well, its week 3 and I still haven't managed a streak longer than 5 days. Granted, that's pretty impressive for me, but still. One thing this week did show me was the SparkVideos I've always ignored. I'm really, really bad at doing my strength training. But I did a couple of Coach Nicole's pilates videos and they were awesome. Since Halloween is this weekend next weekend I should finally have time to get at least a 6 day streak going. :P
Your happiness is up to you. Whatever happened in your life to make you who you are up until the point you realize this is irrelevant. It is your responsibility now to take control and change your life to be what you want it to be.
