It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

A five day streak is still really great. Have a great Halloween, and good luck with week 4! We're going to finish everything up at the same time. Hopefully we can both get a six day streak going this week. :)

Well, its week 3 and I still haven't managed a streak longer than 5 days. Granted, that's pretty impressive for me, but still. One thing this week did show me was the SparkVideos I've always ignored. I'm really, really bad at doing my strength training. But I did a couple of Coach Nicole's pilates videos and they were awesome. Since Halloween is this weekend next weekend I should finally have time to get at least a 6 day streak going. :P
