It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.
I am apparently on week three now, though I thought I was still on week 2 until Tuesday. But apparently I joined this challenge on the 3rd, so this makes today day one of week three.
I've not yet done my working out for today. I got up late and was hungry, so I had breakfast so now I'm just waiting for it to settle for a bit before I get going. Today, because the weather is cold and I don't feel like using the bike right now, I'm going to do two rounds of Leslie Swanson's Walk Away The Pounds, 1 Mile Walk -- as well, of course, as my ST moves.
I'm looking forward to it.
