This week my goal is to try a 10 minute Sparkpeople workout video as was suggested. Have to find one yet.
Also, to watch and participate in an instructional internet video of either zumba or line-dancing. I've line-danced before, and really enjoyed it.
I am continuing to move in some fashion every day for at least 10 minutes and I am getting into it! Trying to be creative as to how to do it.
