@ MEMAWS5....I agree with you on "as long as we are exercising and eating better, our life is better." That is my main point that I stick with, no matter what! If I miss a day or two of working out, so what?! I know I have been eating healthy and drinking my 10-12 cups of water a day, so a day or so missed of exercising, will not really hurt things. And we do need to take some time off occasionally, to avoid that dreaded plateau!

The thing I like about Sparkpeople is there is no promise of 10 lbs lost in 10 days. We all go at our own pace. When we are losing it's great but if we stall for a while there are others there to encourage us. As long as we are exercising and eating better our life is better.
That is so great to hear congrats on the weight loss and the increase in strenght. Keep up the great work. I too have noticed and improvement in my upper body but not in my weight(pms) Gained 3 lbs but it will come off in a couple of days. Will work harder.

I have finished week 3, though I have not posted everyday....I have been working 12 hours shifts! I may not do workout videos every day, but I do other exercises at work. If I am not too exhausted when I get off, I will do one of favorite workout videos (have several favs), otherwise I rely on jogging at work or some strength training exercises. I have however, been noticing results; I have consistently lost about a pound a week, and noticed some increased muscle in my upper arms.
