@ MEMAWS5....I agree with you on "as long as we are exercising and eating better, our life is better." That is my main point that I stick with, no matter what! If I miss a day or two of working out, so what?! I know I have been eating healthy and drinking my 10-12 cups of water a day, so a day or so missed of exercising, will not really hurt things. And we do need to take some time off occasionally, to avoid that dreaded plateau!
