This week is going to be rough. I already feel tired!!! I woke up with a headache yesterday and didn't get to do my normal workout, however, today is a new day and I got up bright and early and hit it.

Monday - walked downtown to run a work errand and grab a salad for lunch (10-15 minutes) Tuesday - walk to lunch downtown (10 min)
