I'm ending my 2nd week of this challenge and am so proud that I have gotten into a good routine. I try to always do a workout from the spark videos but if not that then I just make sure I do something to get moving. I throw the softball with my daughter, play frisbee with all my kiddos (4 :D ) walk back and forth to my mailbox, and dancing around to some good music with the kids is always my favorite!! Sparkpeople has really made it a lot easier for me to have plenty of choices with workouts and to help me stay motivated! Good luck to you all with your fitness and health goals!
