Ihave been working in the morning and evening. I get up and get on my stationary bike for 30 minutes in the morning then in the evening, I do another 30 minutes on the bike and alternate between the elliptical and treadmill daily for 30 minutes. I have been weight training with 8 pound dumbbells 3 days a week.
