Ihave been working in the morning and evening. I get up and get on my stationary bike for 30 minutes in the morning then in the evening, I do another 30 minutes on the bike and alternate between the elliptical and treadmill daily for 30 minutes. I have been weight training with 8 pound dumbbells 3 days a week.

Awesome job!! This is how I started as well. I usually walk about 2 miles now or jog/walk for a little over a mile. It has taken me 2 months to get to this point. You can do it!! emoticon
