I have successfully completely week one, jogging 10 minutes a day (at least) while drinking plenty of water! I think I'll continue to jog for at least 10 a day, but I want to incorporate in some new daily exercise. I'm thinking either squats or ab work. Anyway, I'm so excited. The daily log ins and posts have really helped me to get through this week. And, of course, prayer to stay focused!
