I love these 10 min. Workouts although I been forgetting to track. It's easy for me to do at work I'm a caregiver so I have moments in my day where the exercises fit in.

Congratulations, Beautiful! I also completed the week with at least 10 minutes a day and at least 8 glasses of water a day! I feel terrific! We can do it!

I have successfully completely week one, jogging 10 minutes a day (at least) while drinking plenty of water! I think I'll continue to jog for at least 10 a day, but I want to incorporate in some new daily exercise. I'm thinking either squats or ab work. Anyway, I'm so excited. The daily log ins and posts have really helped me to get through this week. And, of course, prayer to stay focused! emoticon emoticon
