Day 5: 10 minutes Wii Fit Advanced Step.....didn't do as much as I liked today but I'm tired and sore...feel like I didn't do to much but something better than nothing I guess

I did it for a week. I'm shocked but ready to move right on in to the week 2. Let's go! For this week I'm will use my Wii but also try to do more videos on Sp.
