I found that adding in the goal of drinking 8 cups of water per day has helped me ADD steps to my goal of 10,000 daily steps. I need to get up to refill my water cup and go all the way across the building to do so. I also have to get up to use the bathroom a lot so this is a WIN-WIN strategy!
