so I figure everyone else is talking about what they are doing. So I only go out once a week if not at all, and I walk and don't stop walking when I am talking on the phone. WOOT let stay healthy :)

So.. this week is only half way though, but I have snuck in some extra steps this week :D Instead of sitting on the ground waiting for the class to open I just walk back and forth. This challenge has definitely kept me accountable because there have been days that I want to do absolutely nothing! I do it anyway, because I just can't lie to myself and say I did something when I know I didn't. Besides that, I'm not here to fudge my numbers!
