I love the ideas for week #2. I do many of them! As i travel a lot, I have a tape in the car for sitting VERY deep breathing, exercises. I do this 15 tape when I am on the open road. It is great, kinda like a Pilates DVD.

House work is also, mostly manual, these days! My Sweetheart can't figure out why I want to clean so much!

I've been doing about 100 minutes of exercise, daily. I wanted to join this team to keep the changing motivation, going! Switching it up! I tend to release more weight that way!

Also, I always reply to the least amount of posts, in a team. It is SO much faster than going to a thread that has 1,000's of posts!

I hope everybody is doing great on this Sunday day?!! Here in Orange, Texas the weather finally got cool and I love it I don't like the heat but who does lol!! Anyway, this is my 2 week now and it is doing okay so far. I have been doing 10 minutes here and there and sometimes I forget to time it lol ! You know how it is when you got so much on your mind and you don't remember did I do 10 minutes or did I went over 10 minutes so not to fear I got a plan I started to wear a watch so I can keep up with the time now I know what you are thinking I should have been doing this long before and you are right.
